Mike with the Optimal Construction Group can then explain, in detail, what work needs to be done. Mike can also put a number to it. Brett Stander from 20/20 Realty then will run the numbers (either beforehand or at the event) and tell people if it's a good BRRRR or not. The most intricate part of finding a BRRRR is putting together the rehab budget. A great deal can quickly go down hill if you are unable to correctly estimate your rehab.
